Basic values and corporate culture

We all are a part of the same living organism that quickly adapts to the constantly changing external conditions. We say ‘No!’ to bureaucracy, complex hierarchy, complacency, and excessive stock. We do not rush to the extremes and do not confuse flexibility and ability to maneuver with faintness, we choose a middle ground. We are enterprising and resolute, but the worse is the vision ahead  the more accurately we are moving forward We are efficient and energetic and wasted time is a serious loss for us. We need profit as a food for development. We are ready to share it with those who earned it but we are not willing to put up with its absence. We are modest, discreet and frugal. We have the ability to earn rather than just  receive.
We not only generate ideas having great market potential but make them come true and resulting in mass sales. We will preserve the innovative spirit and do everything possible to create unique products. The  only way to test a promising idea is to try to implement it in practice.
Our AMT&C team is our key assets. The company’s successful performance directly depends on the ability to bring in new promising, talented and conscientious worker and get rid of mediocre, negligent and unskillful employees. Head of a Division  is the basis of our teamwork. The company’s top manager is fair and bears personal responsibility for development and achievement of company’s goals.

Every employee and manager has clear, tangible goals for a current quarter and the nearest  years to come.. We have precisely as many rules as a good employee needs to make a right decision. Before a decision is made, we encourage constructive discussions and disputes. We do not wait for a farsighted leader to make decisions for us. Our employees have sufficient powers, do not need constant supervision and are able to solve problems instead of explaining why a problem cannot be solved.
We do our job in the right way and bear responsibility for the end result without hiding behind our colleagues’ backs. ‘It’s not my business’ was a phrase uttered by one of our  former employees. We are sturdy but do not conceal problems; we are tolerant towards mistakes and learn from them. Fast correction of mistake is more important to us than punishing a person who committed it. Sound criticism and self-criticism are good for any employee and manager. We have self-discipline. The accounting and financial control are aimed at identifying the role of every employee, department and the company on the whole unit  in the final success. We have no room for dishonest people and people who can’t keep their word.
