The present method of the invention allows to increase efficiency of delivery of a pharmaceutical to a human organism, to increase degree of its localization in a present place and then to perform controlled desorption of a pharmaceutical during a short period of time due to utilization of a magnetic or ferroelectric material with high positive or negative magnetocaloric or electrocaloric effect, providing refrigerating of a heat-sensitive polymer below the LCST and desorption of a pharmaceutical or bioactive material.
