Magnetic plates
As distinct from suspended rare earth magnetic separators, Plate Magnets feature much smaller extraction depths – from 50 to 80 mm. However, when installed in process lines with free flowing or pneumatically conveyed products sliding over the magnetic plate face, this design may prove an effective and cost saving alternative to Magnetic Grates.

Custom mounting hardware to ensure easy installation
 | Hump Magnet is installed into gravity flow process lines. It has one or two rare earth Magnetic Plates. The plates are hinged to the stainless steel housing and cleaned manually when unlatched and swung open. |
