SUBSTANCE: magnetic foam has a liquid phase (water, organic liquids, detergents, oligometers) in combination with foaming agent or solid phase (foam plastics) and nano-particles of magnetic material - barium ferrite or magnetically rigid compounds of type of Nd-Fe-B, Sm-CO, Sm-Fe with particles sizing 2 - 30 nm stabilized with surfactant. Magnetic foams (solid and liquid) are produced by various methods such as methods of condensation and dispersion. Produced magnetic foams have low water absorption with low heat conduction and good magnetic properties.
