SUBSTANCE: device has magnetic working body, hot and cold heat exchange means, pumps for forming a flow of heat carrier, and also a magnet, moving relatively to working body for its magnetization/demagnetization. Change of direction of heat carrier flow necessary for device operation, in working body is provided for by switches of flow direction, controlled mechanically or electrically by magnet position sensors.
