FIELD: electrical engineering; high- and superhigh-frequency radio equipment.
SUBSTANCE: material is, essentially, thermoplastic polymer matrix incorporating uniformly distributed magnetically ordered single-domain particles of nanometric size of 1 to 30 nm and concentration up to 50 mass percent chemically bonded with matrix material. Particles are formed in matrix in the course of material production as result of thermal decomposition of metal-containing compounds. Magnetic properties of material can be controlled by adequate selection of matrix, particle composition, and material manufacturing process conditions. Parts can be produced from this material using plastics technology.
EFFECT: facilitated manufacture; reduced material magnetization reversal loss in high- and superhigh-frequency range.
